CONDITIONS OF LETTING:

RESERVATION: Effective from the dispatch of the reservation form, duly signed and dated. In order for the reservation to be registered, this should be returned accompanied by a cheque for a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental. Confirmation will be by return of post, fax or e-mail.	DEPOSIT: This cheque will be reimbursed in full within ten days following the termination of the let, in the absence of any breakages or damage the cost of which will otherwise be deducted.	CANCELLATION: Should the letter prove unable to take up the let, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed in the case of cancellations made less that two months before the date of the letting but no reimbursement will be made in the case of cancellations made less that one month previous.
PAYMENT FOR LETTING: Payment should reach us by the first day of the let or be made at that date to the person present for the handover of the keys.	DAMAGE: The letter is fully liable for all and any damage to fixtures, fittings and furnishings or otherwise within the apartment or premises.	INVENTORY: Inspection of the premises will take place both on the first day of the let and on the last day in association with the handover of the keys, the inventory to be agreed and signed by both parties.
